6.7.5 Connecting and filling the chiller
! Only fill the chiller with clean, filtered water. Make
sure the hose is clean before filling.
! Never put any additives in the refrigerant circuit as
these would affect the cooling output.
1. Open both valves (Fig. 41, items 1 and 2) on the
chiller.

2. Remove the sealing plug from the inlet cock
(see Fig. 41, item 1) of the chiller.
i The sealing plug is needed again later.
3. Connect the inlet cock (Fig. 42, item 1) to the water
mains via a hose (Fig. 42, item2).

4. On the back of the EPS 708, route the drain hose
(Fig. 43, item 3) into a plastic container or
similar (Fig. 43, item 2).
5. Open the tap of the water mains.
6. Open the inlet cock (Fig. 42, item 1).
