1.Lowertheloadertotheground.
2.Disconnectverticallinkage(3)atupperbellcrank(1).
3.Raiseloaderarmssothatthebottomhingepinis
1520mm(60in)abovethegroundandfullyrollback
thebucket.
4.Rotatethebellcrank(1)totouchthetube(2)onthe
loaderarm.
5.Adjustthelengthoftheverticalrod(3)sothatwhen
re-connected,theendoftheloaderarmtuberemains
incontactwithbellcrank.
6.Securelytightenlocknutsontheverticalrod.

Thereturntodigfeature
Returntodigisanelectricallyactivatedwhichenables
theoperatortoautomaticallyreturnthebuckettoalevel
diggingpositionforafurtherworkcyclewithonesimple
movementoftheloadercontrollever(3).
Thereturntodigsystem
Thereturntodigsystemconsistsofanelectromagnet
mountedonthebucketspool,asensor(1)mountedon
topoftheloaderarmandapointer(2)attachedtothe
tubeofthebucketself-levelinglinkage.
Wheneverthebucketisrolledforwardtodump,thereturn
todigelectricalcircuitiscompletedandthesolenoidon
thebucketspoolisenergised.
Whentheloaderbucketcontrollever(3)ismoveddiago-
nallylefttothereturntodigposition(4)theelectromagnet
willholdthebucketspoolintherollbackpositionuntilthe
bucketisintheleveldiggingpositionatwhichtimethe
indicatorontherodofthebucketself-levelinglinkagewill
passinfrontofthesensorwhichde-energisestheelectro-
magnetonthebucketspoolenablingthespooltoreturn
totheneutralposition.

Adjustmentofthereturntodigsensor
1.Placethebucketonthegroundinthepreferreddigging
position.
2.Adjustthepositionofthesensorsuchthatwhenthe
bucketisindiggingpositionandloaderarmsarelow-
ered,half(50%)ofthesensorfaceisobscuredbythe
self-levelinglinkagepointer.
3.Ensurethefaceofthesensor(1)is3.00-6.00mm
(0.12-0.24in)fromthepointer(2)ontheself-leveling
linkage.
