F180R MOTION Sensor User and Reference Guide
NOTE: If the iHeave filter is reset it takes a period of approximately 9.0*(filter period)
before iHeave output will become available. Thereafter, the iHeave output will lag
the real-time F180R System output by a factor of 4.5*(filter period).
In normal operation there should be no random reset of the iHeave filter.
5.6.4 iHeave Status Area
The iHeave Status Area displays the status of the iHeave outputs and compares them to the
status of the on-line heave outputs for the same time. The values are displayed both
numerically and graphically.
Figure 105: iHeave Status Area
Displays the most recent time that iHeave is available
Displays the on-line heave value that was recorded at the
iHeave Time. This value is derived from the on-line 16 second
period heave filter.
Displays the most recent iHeave value. This value is derived
for the iHeave filter in use. In acquisition mode, the iHeave
filter period is always set to 70 seconds. In playback mode,
the user can select either a 30 or 70 second iHeave filter
period.
Displays the difference in % terms between the on-line
heave value and the iHeave value. The coloured progress bar
reflects the extent of this difference to the current Alarm
Setup.
