Integrated Management Device
The Integrated Management Device (IMD) is standard on all ProLiant 5500R
rack-mountable models. The IMD may be purchased separately as an option for
tower models of this server.
See Chapter 6, “Integrated Management Display,” for information on installing
the IMD in tower models.
Power Supply Locks
The ProLiant 5500 and 5500R server chassis will support a padlock to lock the
server’s power supplies. This option is purchased separately by ordering the
option kit part number 296956-002.
