System Power Down
The system should be completely powered down before opening the
chassis and beginning any parts replacement:
Panel Removal
Panels should be removed in the following order:
Foot Rest
To unlock:
 Turn the 4 quick release devices below the footrest 90°
 Remove the Footrest Cover & Wheel Axis Cover.
