Output 2, as described can be toggled between the Output Ch2 or Tach Ch2.
Select Output Ch2 when it is supposed to be used as an Output Channel.
The Output channel can also be enabled by simply disabling the tachometer 2
from the tachometer settings in the Test Configuration.
As mentioned earlier, unchecking the box next to Tachometer Channel 2 disables
the channel 2 as a tachometer input and channel 2 is set to Output.
