To create your own type of report template, select the (Define my own report
template…) menu command.
Help Menu
This menu has functions to offer helps to the EDM user.

User Guide button opens the user’s manual.
Technical Support button opens a dialogue box containing the EDM version
number, the operating system versions number, the Spider hardware
information, the current network configuration. The user can add his/her words
and screenshot to send those information to Crystal Instruments Technical
Support Team. A team member will get back to you as soon as possible. This is the
most effective way to reach the support team.
