Click Next button to continue to create a waveform and spectrum monitoring test
which basically is an FFT test.
This step is identical to the step of creating a FFT test in the previous chapter.
User can define a test name, add the test description, choose a Spider system, and
specify the test directory. Click Next button to enter the following window to
choose signal types to be computed in real-time.
