1) Double-click EMAIL.
The EMAIL interface is displayed. See Figure 4-56.

2) Configure the parameters. For details, see Table 4-25.

Configure the address of Simple Mail Transfer Protocol. For details, see
Table 4-26.
Enter the port value of SMTP server. For details, see Table 4-26.
Enter the user name and password of SMTP server. For details, see Table
4-26.
Enter the sender’s email address.
Enter the email address of mail receiver. You can enter maximum three
email addresses separated by colon.
Supports Chinese, English, and Arabic numerals. You can enter maximum
63 characters.
In the Encrypt list, select an encryption type from NONE, SSL, and TLS.

This is the interval that the system sends an email for the same type of
alarm event, which means, the system does not send an email upon any
alarm event. This setting helps to avoid the large amount of emails caused
by frequent alarm events.
The value ranges from 0 seconds to 3600 seconds. 0 means that there is
no interval.
The system can send a test email to check the connection.
