Prerequisites
1 Follow the safety guidelines listed in Safety instructions.
2 Follow the procedure listed in Before working inside your system.
3 Remove the power supply units.
4 Remove the air shroud.
Steps
1 Align the slots on the power interposer board (PIB) with the hooks on the power supply unit (PSU) cage and slide the PIB until it
snaps into place.
2 Route the P3 power cable through the securing clip on the system board and connect the power cable to the drive backplane.
