5. Maintenance
5.1 Introduction
This chapter shows the regular maintenance to the HYBRID C to keep de machine in good
condition. The maintenance in this chapter must be performed by a DIMA authorized service
engineer.
The maintenance intervals are based on machine operation of 8 hours/day and 5 days/week.
If the machine is in operation more frequently, the maintenance schedule should be adjusted
accordingly.
Refer to the User Manual for maintenance that can be performed by the operator.
5.2 Service Diagnostics
The Diagnostics window in the HybridC software available through the menu options Service,
Diagnostics contains very useful information about machine performance and can be used to
determine if regular maintenance will be due.
After each service visit, the diagnostics data should be saved to a file and send to DIMA (to
service@dimagrp.com
). For easy identification, the file name is given automatically by the
software as follows:
customer name_serial number_yyyymmdd
For example: Velectronics_550200500001_20051131
