10 Check all cables and air lines in cable ducts :
Check all cables and air lines in the cable ducts for damage, especially at the points
where these bend a lot and at the entrance points.
11 Draining EP Differential Pressure Switch :
Drain the EP Differential Pressure Switch by rotating the vent drain plug then return it
to its original position. The vent drain plug is located towards the front at the under
side of the EP Differential Pressure Switch. Hold a bin under the vent drain plug and
collect the deposits in this.
12 Check exhaust system :
Switch off (or remove) the exterior exhaust fan and test if the machine will fall in
Alarm. The software must show an event, in this case a malfunction of the ventilation.
13 Lubrication of X and Y drive bearing (IKO TU50); nipples on runners :
Use grease: Shell Alvania EP2.
Use the high pressure grease gun VP-0091 with adapter VP-0089 and pump enough
grease in the runners.
Move the coating head back and forth and from left to right several times via the
software (Options, Test Machine Parts, Motion), then choose the Axis and check
Random and check Destination and at Range check Free, click then Move and when
the grease is spread, click again to stop the movement.
14 Lubrication of X and Y drive bearing (IKO TU50); spindles :
Use grease: Shell Alvania EP2.
Spread enough grease evenly along the spindles. The spindle nuts may stay
untouched.
Move the coating head back and forth and from left to right several times via the
software (Options, Test Machine Parts, Motion), then choose the Axis and check Random
and check Destination and at Range check Free, click then Move and when the grease is
spread, click again to stop the movement.
15 Lubrication of Y guide bearing (THK SSR15); nipples on runners :
Use grease: Shell Alvania EP2 or THK AFB.
Use the high pressure grease gun VP-0091 with adapter VP-0089 and pump enough
grease in the runners.
Move the Y-bridge back and forth several times via the software (Options, Test
Machine Parts, Motion), then choose the Axis and check Random and check
Destination and at Range check Free, click then Move and when the grease is spread,
click again to stop the movement.
16 Lubrication of Z/ Ø drive bearing (on HC-200) :
Use grease: Shell Alvania EP2 or THK AFB.
For the upper bearing (the Ball Screw Nut) put 2cm

of grease in the angled groove.
Move the head up and down several times till all grease is moved into the bearing.
This can be done via the software (Options, Test Machine Parts, Motion), then choose
the Axis and check Random and check Destination and at Range check Free, click then
Move and when the grease is spread, click again to stop the movement.
