2 Technical Specifications
2.1 Characteristics
The Dürkopp Adler 867-M PREMIUM is a flatbed sewing machine
for double lockstitches.
General technical characteristics
• 1-needle machine
• Large or extra-large vertical hook
• Transport: Bottom feed, needle transport and alternating
foot-top feed
• Programmable setting of the stitch length via stepper motor
• Programmable adjustment of the alternating sewing feet via
stepper motor
• Programmable sewing foot pressure via stepper motor (in
combination with compression spring)
• Sewing foot lifter controlled by stepper motor
• Programmable, electronically regulated thread tension (ETT)
• Electronic handwheel (jog dial)
• DC drive for all submodels
• Safety snap-on coupling for preventing any misadjustment of
or damage to the hook in the event of a thread jamming
• Automatic wick lubrication for machine and hook with oil
level indicator at the column
• Maximum passage with ventilated sewing feet: 20 mm
• Electromagnetic thread cutter,
Short thread cutter (length of remaining thread approx.
5 mm) or long thread cutter (length of remaining thread
approx. 32 mm)
• Keypad on the machine arm and favorite button for quick
functions
• Direct drive positioned on top of the arm shaft
