3 Safety and monitoring equipment
3.1 Protective equipment
 The purpose of the protective equipment for loading and unloading
media and ink is to prevent the user from being exposed to electrical
or mechanical danger. Under no circumstances may the method of
functioning of this equipment be changed.
 The sliding doors must always remain closed and may only be opened
for maintenance and checks, e.g. checking of the material advance. If the
sliding doors are not closed, the printing process cannot start.
