3.2 Setting the menu language

800 without integrated display
The device parameters RUN MODE and CARD MODE are activated
automatically on an easy800 standard without an integrated display. The
device therefore starts immediately after startup and processes the circuit
diagram in the device if a memory card is not fitted.
If a memory card is fitted in the device, the program is transferred from the
memory card to the easy800 standard after the supply voltage is switched
on. The device will then process the circuit diagram in RUN mode.
With an easy800-SWD, the device determines the actual configuration of the
SWD line after power up. If the actual configuration, target configuration and
project configuration are identical, the device operates in RUN mode.
3.2 Setting the menu language
When you switch on the easy800 device for the first time, you will be asked
to select the menu language.
▶ Use the cursor buttons Í or Ú to select the language required.
▶ Press OK to confirm your choice and press ESC to exit the menu.
The device will then switch to the status display.
The menu language setting is a easy800 device function. Even when the
circuit diagram is deleted this does not result in the loss of the setting
selected.

page 379.

You can change the language setting at a later time,

If you do not set the language, the easy800-device will display
this menu every time you switch on and wait for you to select a
language.
