5.30 SR, shift register
The shift register function block allows you to shift bits or marker double
words one position up or down with every clock pulse applied. The Bit or
DW mode can be defined via a parameter. You set the shift direction by
activating the FP (Forward Pulse) coil or the BP (Backward Pulse) coil.
The values to be accepted in the shift register are located at different inputs
depending on the shift direction and operating mode. A easy800 device
allows the use of up to 32 shift registers.
