This menu defines the date and time management.

5 : Time zone (+/-hh:mm) [ 0: 0]

6 : Day light enabled (0=No, 1=Yes) [0]

(1) Read-write or read-only according to “Type of synchronization” status
(2) Setting resolves to the nearest half hour; for example, sending +02:36 results in +02:30, and sending +02:46
results in +03:00.
