Weld Mode:
• Weld In Energy: System delivers ultrasonic energy until a predetermined amount of energy, in
joules is dissipated. The system determines energy by calculating the area beneath the power
curve -- Watts x Time = Joules (1 watt per second = 1 joule).
• Weld In Height: System delivers ultrasonic energy until the ultrasonic tooling reaches a
predetermined position.
• Weld In Time: System delivers ultrasonic energy for a predetermined amount of time.
