If the OXY5500 was purchased with a pressure sensor, the analyzer will be
configured to use the pressure sensor from the factory. If the pressure sensor
is purchased separately, refer to the following steps for configuring the
pressure sensor.
Setting the pressure compensation
1. Select the pressure compensation mode. Click on 4-20mA for the
atmospheric pressure to be measured with a connected pressure
sensor. These values will be used for pressure compensation.
2. Connect a pressure sensor to the analyzer. The display will show the
interpreted pressure value from the 4-20mA input. Refer to
“Calibrating the input” on page 4-59
.

1. Select Manual
if the atmospheric pressure during measurement is
known.
If no pressure sensor is connected, the display will read 1013 mbar.
Pressure values can be input in hPa, mbar, PSI, atm or torr.
