Status Coding (hex) Meaning
BAD - Maintenance alarm 0x24 A measured value is not available because a device
error has occurred.
BAD - Process related 0x28 A measured value is not available because the process
conditions are not within the device's technical
specification limits.
BAD - Function check 0x3C A function check is active (e.g. cleaning or calibration)
UNCERTAIN - Initial value 0x4F A pre-defined value is output until a correct measured
value is available again or until remedial measures
have been carried out that change this status.

measuring device. Short-term maintenance is needed
