3.2.10.6 Edge Guide Unit Removal
1. Remove the printer mechanism unit. (Refer to Section 3.2.6.)
2. Release the joints for the edge guide unit and the right and left paper load roller slide covers.
3. Remove 2 flange nuts (M4) securing the edge guide unit to the left and middle frame assemblies.
Then remove the edge guide unit.

When installing the edge guide unit to the printer mechanism unit, be sure to engage the damper
pinion with the rack on the release transmission lever.
 When installing the edge guide unit to the printer mechanism unit, engage the edge guide unit
with the main bottom frame, as shown in the figure below.
 Fix the flange nuts with adhesive after fastening them. (Refer to Chapter 6.)
