(4) Removal – carburettor preheating control
(a) Switch the electrical network off and disconnect the battery.
(b) Loose the screw (7, Fig. 71–8) and remove the handle (1).
(c) Unscrew the nut (5) and remove the washer (6).
(d) Remove the carburettor preheating control on the airbox (see par. 2 A.(2)).
(e) Slide out the string with tube (3) from the terminal (2).
(f) Loose the screw (8) and remove the bowden hose (4).
(g) Remove the terminal (2).
(5) Installation – carburettor preheating control
(a) Insert the bowden hose (4, Fig. 71–8) into the terminal (2) and secure it by means
of the screw (8).
(b) Insert the terminal (2) with bowden hose into the appropriate hole in the central
console (9), insert the washer (6), screw and tighten the nut (5).
(c) Insert the string with tube (3) into the body (2).
(d) Instal the carburettor preheating control on the airbox (see par. 2 A.(3)).
