These switches tailor the switcher to accept input TP signals as follows:
• XTP position — Set this switch to the XTP position if the transmitting device is
an Extron XTP CrossPoint matrix switcher. The TP input consists of HDMI with
embedded audio plus RS-232 and IR.
• DTP position — Set this switch to the DTP position if the connected device is an
Extron DTP transmitter. The TP input consists of HDMI with embedded audio, analog
audio, and RS-232 and IR. The switcher can provide remote power to the transmitter.

STP cables between compatible Extron DTP transmitting devices or XTP
matrix switchers and these RJ-45 connectors (see TP connectors on
page 19 to wire the connectors).

HDMI outputs (see figure 4 and figure 5) — Connect HDMI cables
between these ports and HDMI video displays. See HDMI connectors on
page 19 to use the LockIt HDMI Cable Lacing Bracket to secure the
connector to the transmitter.
