3. Screw the sub-bases together. Tighten the screws hand-tight in the sequence 1, 2, 3
(.Fig. 5.8). Then tighten the screws with a tightening torque of 1.8 Nm ( ±10 %).

4. Mount the MPA-S valve terminal onto the mounting surface ( section 3.2, “W all mounting”
or “H-rail mounting”).
5. Then install the pneumatic and electrical connections ( chapter 3).
