The manufacturer undertakes to send national authorities electronic copies of the relevant technical documentation for the partly completed
machine following a reasoned request.
The partly completed machine may only be put into operation if it has been determined where applicable that the machine in which the
partly completed machine is to be incorporated meets the specifications of the Regulations2008 No.1597.
