7 Displaying and printing registers
The PostBase franking machine saves important parameters and information on
used postage in registers. You can view and print the register states.
• Open the M
ENU.
• Choose R
EGISTERS.
The REGISTER displays the current register
states.
Printing registers
• Press the P
RINT button.
• Load an empty envelope / postcard to print
the register report.
Or:
• Press the LABEL button (optional).
PostBase prints the register report on a label.
Or:
• Press the FEEDER button (optional).
• Load an empty envelope / postcard to print
the register report.
The registers store the following information:
D
ESCENDING Available postage (= credit)
POSTAGE USED Total value of all franking imprints performed
CONTROL TOTAL Sum total of all loaded sums
T
OTAL ITEMS Number of all franking imprints performed
LAST AMOUNT Last amount loaded
LAST DATE Date of last postage loading
