15.10 PULSE Counted Error Codes
Name Brief Meaning Type Troubleshoong
1 FLUID The oat switch has been
acvated
Hard Check sump for uid. Check uid
switch operaon and connecons
2 POS Lost connecon with POS
during delivery
So Check POS/Forecourt controller
loop connecon and operaon
3 STACK Stack failed to start delivery So Replace stack controller. Check
encoder
4 OVERRUN Pre-set delivery amount has
been exceeded
So Check for leaking valves
5 LPG MTR LPG meter communicaon
error
So Check cable to meter, check
meter has power, etc
6 SECURITY LPG meter security error So Check the security dip switch in
the LPG meter and switch to the
secure posion
7 ENCODER Reverse or unusual fuel
movement detected
So but aer three triggers per
hose a Hard error occurs and on
subsequent restart the aected
hose is disabled
Check encoder, cables, mux,
stack. Check for leaks and leaking
valves
8 XS FLOW Excess LPG ow detected So Check for leaks in LPG system.
May also occur when lling
empty tanks
9 RUN ON Fuel movement detected
aer nozzle hung up
So Check for valve not closing.
Check encoder operaon for false
counng. Check for fuel leaks.
Check nozzle switch operaon
10 LPG COMS LPG communicaon error So Check cable to meter, check
meter has power, etc
11 RATIO Blended delivery outside
acceptable parameters
So but aer three triggers per
hose a Hard error occurs and on
subsequent restart the aected
hose is disabled
Check for large pressure dier-
enals caused by clogged lters.
Test fuel pathways for unusual
ow rates in stack test
12 MUX MUX communicaon inter-

and the barrier board, check mul-
plex board and barriers board

Key:
Type
Logged = Recorded in the log file only.
Soft = Stops the current delivery on the affected Fuelpoint. These require a nozzle
on the affected Fuelpoint to be hung up twice to clear.
Hard = Stops all deliveries on the pump. This requires a repower to clear.
