Troubleshooting, updater software
Occasionally, some obstacles can arise when using the updater software. Here are tips to get around
them.
Problems Solutions
The updater software is not working properly or
cannot connect to the Internet.
Change software permission in Firewall Settings
The updater software is not working properly
even after permission was granted in the
rewall.
Momentarily disable the computer’s rewall
Unable to perform the update (rare)
Try again with :
Another USB Port or ;
Another USB cable or;
A dierent computer
The message “Device Not Found” is displayed
after pressing “FIND DEVICE”
Check that the tool is recognized by Windows.

2.5.3 Language
You can choose between a rmware in French or English language in step 3, section 2.5.1.
French rmware is granted upon request.
The language of the application is the same as that used by the mobile device. The rmware and the
mobile device must be in the same language.
