CAUTION
Some tasks cannot be performed with the engine running. When
required, the following message will be displayed on the screen
“Start the engine”.
These tasks should be carried out outside to avoid the risk of
Carbon Monoxide poisoning!
2.8 General operation of the IIDTool
This section describes how to connect the IIDTool to the vehicle, various control interfaces for naviga-
ting through menus and nally proper disconnection of the tool.
2.8.1 OBDII Port location

The OBDII port is located near the pedals, close
to the driver’s door.
