Base frequency for the V/f mode. This parameter is set according to motor nominal
frequency, but can be changed to modify V/f characteristic.

Torque boost at low speed. It allows to increase the output voltage at zero Hz.

[0]V = freq^1.0 Constant torque requirement accross the whole speed range
[1]V = freq^1.5 Mixed load between type 0 and 3
[2]V = freq^1.7 Mixed load between type 0 and 3
[3]V = freq^2.0 Load where the torque is proportional to the speed squared, for example fans
and pumps
