N APC CARD
The communication between the drive and the APC100 optional card is performed via
two channels for each direction.
• Drive -> APC100: Drv-APCS 5 writing Words
Drv-APCA 10 writing Words
As for the Words sending the data from the Drive to the APC it is necessary to define the
Drive source parameter.
APC100 -> Drive: APCS-Drv 5 reading Words
APCA-Drv 10 reading Words
The Words move the data from the APC100 to the drive. They can be found in the source
selecting lists.
The communication channels are synchronous (they are divided into synchronous and
asynchronous if the previous software version is taken into consideration.
Synchronous channels with 4ms and Asynchronous channels with 16 ms).
APC100 enabling:
APC enable It enables the communication initialization of the card at its starting.
If the drive does not find the APC100 the Appl card fault alarm gets
active and the regulation execution is not started.
