SPEED REG / Speed Feedback Derivative
NOTE! Menu accessible with Access Level = FULL
The Function is active only in a Sensorless and Field oriented mode.
The block function, Speed Feedback Derivative, is used to avoid oscillations or provide
forcing in case of loads with a high moment of inertia. It is made of a derivative
component in the feedback circuit, which is in a position to limit the “Overshoot”.
The function can be used in case of cyclical non-constant loads applied on the motor (ex.
cams).
The Derivative component applied to the speed regulator block is made of two
components:
- motor speed
- output signal of the Speed-up function
In the Block configurations it is possible with Sfbk der enable to enable or disable the
function, with Sfbk der gain to set the % gain of the function, with Sfbk der base to set
the basic % gain and with Sfbk der filter to set the time constant of the derivative
component.
