Disable the drive: press [O] key (red key) for 2 seconds.
In the TORQUE / Trq cmd menu, set G04.00 - Zero torque src = ONE.
In the REG PARAM / Tst gen menu to set the following parameters:
E09.00 - Tst gen mode = [5] Flux ref
E09.01 - Gen Hi ref = Measured FluxNom • 16384 • √2
E09.02 - Gen Low ref = Measured FluxNom • 0.8 • 16384 • √2
E09.03 - Gen Period = 0.1 s
NOTE! Measured FluxNom is the nominal Flux value calculated by the drive
during the “FluxReg autotune” procedure; in the SETUP MODE/
FluxReg autotune results it’s possible to read this value.
In the REG PARAM / Volt Reg menu, set E03.02 - Vlt P base value
parameter to its max value. This value depends by the drive size. Pressing
“Shift + Help” the max value is displayed.
In the REG PARAM / Vlt Reg menu, set E03.00 - VltP gain % parameter to
100%.
In the REG PARAM / Flux Reg, set to zero the E02.00 - FlxP gain % and
E02.01 - FlxI gain % parameters.
Enable the drive:
Make sure that terminal 12 is active (+24V) and press [I] key (green key).
On the channel CH1 the Flux ref will be displayed; on the channel CH2 the
Flux signal will be displayed (see figure 7.2.1).
For the tuning follow the steps below:
- Increase the E02.00 - FlxP gain % and E02.01 - FlxI gain % values
until the Flux signal follows the Flux ref displayed (see figure 7.2.2).
- Disable the drive: press [O] key (red key) for 2 seconds.
- For C09.00 - AO 2 src source connect the Magn curr ref variable.
- Enable the drive. On the channel CH1 scope the Flux ref signal will
be displayed; on the channel CH2 the Magn current reference signal
will be displayed (see figure: 7.2.3).
NOTE! On the CH2 signal dislayed avoid the overshoots (see figure: 7.2.4), if
necessary, decreasing the E02.00 - FlxP gain % and E02.01 - FlxI
gain % gains values.
- Disable the drive: press [O] key (red key) for 2 seconds.
- Set E09.00 - Tst gen mode = [0] Off
- Restore initial values set: E03.02 - Vlt P base value to zero, E03.00
- VltP gain % to zero and the source G04.00 - Zero torque src =
NULL.
- In the REG PARAM menu save the new settings via the SAVE
PARAMETERS command.
