DIP switch Optionally Description
DS00 CLEAN SIDE DOOR Activated if door on the clean side is installed.
DS01 BOOSTER TANK Activated if the booster tank is installed. To deselect filling from
the booster tank in the wash program, use the parameters from
the wash program (CT00, CT01,
CT02, CT03, CT04, CT05)
DS02 PC DISK LOG Activated if the machine will create a log on the PC.
DS03 DETERGENT 3 Activated if a 3rd dose pump is installed. Settings whether a
specific wash program will use the 3rd dose pump are set using
the parameters (CT06, CT07, CT08, PF29)
DS04 DETERGENT 4 Activated if a 4th dose pump is installed. Settings whether a
specific wash program will use the 4th dose pump are set using
the parameters (CT06, CT07, CT08, PF29)
D S05 WASTE WATER COOL Activated if waste cooling is installed. If the waste cooling is
activated it runs through all wash programs.
DS06 SUPERVISOR Activated if PACS 3500 Supervisor is installed. If PACS 3500
Supervisor is activated, it runs through all wash programs.
DS07 FINAL RINSE CC Activated if Final rinse conductivity check is installed. Settings for
whether a specific wash program will use the Final rinse
conductivity check are set in parameter PF39.
DS08 LOOP RUN Activated if the machine will be run in loop run mode (only for
tests).
DS09 DRYING FILTER Activated if differential pressure sensor is installed above the
drying filter. If the DIP switch is activated, it runs through all
washing programs.
DS10 150 L SAVE TANKS Activated if the machine uses a saving tank.
DS11 DISINF A0 CONTR Activated if the machine has to calculate the A0 value (according
to EN ISO 15883-1). Setting for specific wash program is set in
parameter PF35.
DS12 EXTERNAL PRINTER Activated if the machine needs to use an external printer.
DS13 SERVICE MESSAGE Activated if service messages are used.
DS14 NO ALARM PASSW. Activated if password needed to acknowledge the alarm.
DS15 NETCOM Activated if NetCom is installed.
DS16 DIR FINAL RINSE Activated if equipment for direct final rinse is installed. Settings for
whether a specific wash program will use the function are set in
parameters PF11 and PF37.
DS17 AWRFS Activated if the machine will use the AWRFS (only USA) option.
Settings whether a specific wash program will use the function
are made in parameters PF11 and PF37.
DS18 COND CHECK DOS Activated if the machine will use conductivity-controlled dosing.
Settings for whether a specific wash program will use the function
are set in parameters PF27 and PF28.
DS19 pH MEASUREMENT Activated if the machine will use neutralization by measuring the
pH value. Settings whether a specific wash program will use the
function are set in parameter PF29.
DS20 NEUTR FROM ACID Activated if the machine will use acidic water neutralization.
DS21 NEUTR FROM ALK Activated if the machine will neutralize the base water.
