6 REPLACEMENT PROCEDURES
How to install the Pen Board
(1) Reattach the Pen Board in the reverse order in which it was detached.
(2) Move the pen block to the rear of Y bar end, and then conrm the Y Home Sensor is not touching to
the Y Home Sensor Dog.
Reposition the Pen Board if the Y Home Sensor is touching to the Y Home Sensor Dog.
Or
Bend it until it is not touching when the Y Home Sensor Dog is bending.

(3) Perform the Home Position Adjustment when the Pen Board is reinstalled (See section 7.10.). The Y
direction of Home position will be shifted a little when the Pen Board is reinstalled.
