6 REPLACEMENT PROCEDURES
6.27 Rear X Belt
How to detach the Rear X Belt
(1) Detach the Corner Cover 50R (See section 6.8.).
(2) Detach the Corner Cover B (See section 6.7.).
(3) Detach the Corner Cover A (See section 6.9.).
(4) Detach the Panel R (See section 6.10.).
(5) Detach the Right Side Cover (See section 6.12.).
(6) Detach the Rear Cover (See section 6.14.).
(7) Loosen the M4L8 TP head screw holding the Rear X Belt Tension Bracket.

(8) Loosen the two M3L8 binding head screws adjusting the Rear X Belt Tension.

(9) Remove the two Cap screw holding the Rear X Belt Stopper plates, and then detach the Rear X Belt.

How to install the Rear X Belt
(1) Reattach the Rear X Belt in the reverse order in which it was detached.
(2) Adjust the Rear X Belt tension before installing the Covers (See section 6.28.).
(3) Apply suitable quantity of the silicon grease to the Rear X belt when the Rear X belt was replaced to
new one.
(4) Adjust the right angle of Y bar (See section 6.29.).
