6 REPLACEMENT PROCEDURES
6.43 How to adjust the Rear X Slider Roller horizontal Tension
Perform this adjustment before installing the X belt to the X sliders.
And perform this adjustment after the front X slider and the rear X slider were installed to the Y bar.
(1) Loosen the two M3L4 TP head screws holding the Rear horizontal Tension Plate. Do not loosen the
M4L10 screw which is holding the Center Roller.
(2) Gently push the Rear horizontal Tension Plate as shown in the picture below to make a tension for
the middle roller, and then tighten the two M3L4 TP head screws holding the Rear horizontal Tension
Plate.
At this time, do not add the strong tension, otherwise the Slider Rollers will be deformed.

Gently push this
area to make a ten-
sion for the middle
roller.
(3) Conrm there is no play between the rollers and the X rail for the horizontal direction.
