6 REPLACEMENT PROCEDURES
6.23 Y Belt Tension Adjustment
(1) Temporarily tighten the two Y belt tension adjustment screws (M3L20 binding head screw).

(2) Move the Y slider manually several times to the rear side of Y bar and front side of Y bar.
(3) Conrm that Y Belt is not touching to the top or bottom of Tension Pulley ange while the Y slider is
moving to the rear side of Y bar and front side of Y Bar.
(4) Tighten the top of adjustment screw when the Y belt touched to the top of Tension Pulley ange while
the Y slider is moving to the rear side of Y bar and front side of Y Bar.
Tighten the bottom of adjustment screw when the Y belt touched to the bottom of Tension Pulley
ange while the Y slider is moving to the rear side of Y bar and front side of Y Bar.
Adjust the adjustment screw until the Y belt is not touched to the top or bottom of Tension Pulley
ange.

(5) Move the Y Slider toward the upper stopper.
