6 REPLACEMENT PROCEDURES
(6) Measure the Y Belt tension by using the Push Pull tension gauge.
Press the rail-side belt at the middle part of the Y Rail, and at the position where the belt is in contact
with the Y Rail, adjust the Y belt tension to the following values:
FC4500-50: 600 ± 20 gf
FC4500-60 / FC4510-60: 450 ± 20 gf
Tighten the top and bottom of tension adjustment screw at same rotary quantity when the tension is
low.
Loosen the top and bottom of tension adjustment screw at same rotary quantity when the tension is
high.
