6 REPLACEMENT PROCEDURES
(9) Remove the four M3L6 binding head screws holding the Y belt with the Belt Stopper plate, and then
detach the Y belt from the Y slider.

(10) Remove the two M3L6 TP head screws holding both side of Y Slider Tension Plate.

(11) Remove the M3L6 binding head screw holding the center of Y Slider Tension Plate, and then detach
the Y Slider Tension Plate from the Y Slider.
(12) Detach the Y slider from the Y rail.
(13) Remove the two stud from the Y Slider.
How to install the Y Slider
(1) Reattach the Y Slider in the reverse order in which it was detached.
(2) Adjust the Y Slider Roller tension when the Y Slider Tension Plate is installing to the Y Slider (See
section 6.38.).
(3) Adjust the Registration Mark Sensor Bracket height when it is installing to the Y Slider (See section
6.19.).
(4) Adjust the Y Belt tension after the Y slider was installed to the Y rail (See section 6.23.).
(5) Adjust the Home position after all parts were installed (See section 7.10.).
