7 ELECTRICAL SECTION
(6) Execute SEND.EXE to send rmware to the plotter from the PC.
The following menu is displayed on the PC.
Select the Files of type to “All Files (*.*)”.
Select the rmware le.
Select the output destination to
“Graphtec FC4500/FC4510.
Select the Files of type to “All Files (*.*)”.
Select the rmware le from the SEND.EXE menu.
(7) Press the “Print” button after the rmware le and the output destination were selected.
The following menu is displayed at the LCD of FC4500 when the rmware is receiving.

The number of byte increase when the data is receiving.
(8) The FC4500 initialize automatically when the rmware updating was nished.
(9) Conrm the rmware version during initializing, the version of rmware is displayed on the LCD.
(10) Turn off power when the rmware was updated correctly.
(11) Perform the NovRAM clear if the rmware was updated to the replaced new main board.
