21. MIDI Multitimbral Mode: On, Off — This mode allows independent
MIDI control of multi-parts 1-4 on a given program. When MIDI Multit-
imbral mode is on, each multi-part responds to a MIDI data on a specic
MIDI channel. For example, if you set multi-part 1 to MIDI channel 1, it
will respond to MIDI channel 1. This allows you to control each multi-
part separately via an external device such as sequencer or MIDI controller.
22. MIDI Multitimbral Channel Part 1: 1-16 — This sets the MIDI
channel to which multi-part 1 responds. For example, if you set MIDI
Multitimbral Channel Part 1 to MIDI channel 1, it will respond to MIDI
channel 1.
23. MIDI Multitimbral Channel Part 2: 1-16 — This sets the MIDI
channel to which multi-part 1 responds. For example, if you set MIDI
Multitimbral Channel Part 2 to MIDI channel 1, it will respond to MIDI
channel 1.
24. MIDI Multitimbral Channel Part 3: 1-16 — This sets the MIDI
channel to which multi-part 1 responds. For example, if you set MIDI
Multitimbral Channel Part 3 to MIDI channel 1, it will respond to MIDI
channel 1.
25. MIDI Multitimbral Channel Part 4: 1-16 — This sets the MIDI
channel to which multi-part 1 responds. For example, if you set MIDI
Multitimbral Channel Part 4 to MIDI channel 1, it will respond to MIDI
channel 1.
26. MIDI Sysex Enable: On, Off — Sets whether MIDI System Exclu-
sive data is received or ignored.
27. MIDI Param Send: Off, CC, NRPN — Changes to the values of front
panel controls are transmitted via MIDI as Non-registered Parameter
Number (NRPN) controllers or as Continuous Controllers (CC). Trans-
mission of parameters can also be turned off.
28. MIDI Param Receive: Off, CC, NRPN — Sets the method by which
parameter changes are received via MIDI. As with transmission, NRPNs
are the preferred method.
