Power Supplies
Overview Each FR6822+ frame is equipped with one self-contained 6822+AC power supply unit that
can support an entire frame load. An optional redundant PSU can be ordered separately. If
the frame has two PSUs installed, the load is shared equally during normal operation. Each
6822+AC power supply includes a temperature monitoring sensor. The sensor is installed at
the output of each power supply’s air flow, and generates alarms when the readout
temperature reaches predefined levels.
Each FR6822+(F or QXFE)48 frame is equipped with one self-contained 6800+48V (DC)
power supply unit that can support an entire frame load. An optional redundant PSU can be
ordered separately. If the frame has two PSUs installed, the load is shared equally during
normal operation.
