Tap to select the linked alarm outputs for the panic alarm

consultation/hubbub alarm/master station call.
Notes:
By default, the liked alarm output is None. The linked alarm output supports multiple choice.
If the master station answers the call, hang up the call, transfer the call or timeout, the corresponding IO
output stops responding.
