3.2 Saving settings
In the "Save" frame, you have the option to
X save the current configuration on the device
X save the current configuration in binary form in a file under the specified
URL, or as an editable and readable script
X save the current configuration in binary form or as an editable and
readable script on the PC.
3.2.1 Saving locally (and on the ACA)
The device allows you to save the current configuration data in the local non-
volatile memory and the ACA.
Select the
Basics: Load/Save dialog.
In the “Save” frame, click “to Device”.
Click on “Save”.
The device saves the current configuration data in the local non-
volatile memory and, if an ACA is connected, also in the ACA.
enable Switch to the Privileged EXEC mode.
copy system:running-config
nvram:startup-config
The device saves the current configuration data
