Administrator Information
Use this option to enter contact information for the server administrator. The number of characters allowed for
each entry varies by server model. By default, all values are blank.
Entering administrator information
Procedure
1. From the System Utilities screen, select System Configuration > BIOS/Platform Configuration
(RBSU) > Server Asset Information > Administrator Information and press Enter.
2. Select a setting and press Enter, then complete an entry and press Enter again.
a. Administrator Name—Enter the server administrator’s name.
b. Administrator Phone Number—Enter the server administrator’s phone number.
c. Administrator E-mail Address—Enter the server administrator’s e-mail address.
d. Administrator Other Information—Enter additional text relating to the server administrator.
3. Press F10.
Service Contact Information
Use this option to enter service contact information for the server administrator. The number of characters
allowed for each entry varies by server model. By default, all values are blank.
Entering service contact information
Procedure
1. From the System Utilities screen, select System Configuration > BIOS/Platform Configuration
(RBSU) > Server Asset Information > Service Contact Information and press Enter.
2. Select a setting and press Enter, then complete an entry and press Enter again:
a. Service Contact Name—Enter the service contact’s name.
b. Service Phone Number—Enter the service contact’s phone number.
c. Service Contact E-mail Address—Enter the service contact’s e-mail address.
d. Service Contact Other Information—Enter additional text relating to the service contact.
3. Press F10.
Custom POST Message
Use this option to enter a custom message of up to 60 characters to display on the POST screen.
