of the water
sensor
Drip water from
the water
detection cable
using a cup, and
check active
alarms on the
WebUI.
A water alarm is
generated on the
WebUI.
If the water sensor is
abnormal, check
whether the cable to
the water sensor is
properly connected. If
not, replace the
water sensor.
PAD
availability
Log in to the
ECC800-Pro app
on the PAD and
view basic
information.
You can log in to
the ECC800-Pro app
on the PAD and
view the basic
information about
the smart module,
including the view,
alarms, and asset
information.
If the login fails,
check whether the
WiFi connection is
normal. Check
whether the user
name exists and
whether the
password is correct
on the web page. If
you cannot view the
basic information
about the smart
module after login,
update the app
version. Otherwise,
replace the PAD.
Availability
of the eLight
system
On the ECC800-
Pro WebUI,
choose
Maintenance >
Deployment
Wizard >
Linkage Test >
eLight Actuator
Commissioning
and click Test.
The eLight strip
light is lit up in red,
green, blue, and
white in sequence
for 3 seconds
respectively, and
then turns
o.
If the eLight is
abnormal, check
whether the cable is
normal. If the cable is
loose, reconnect it.
Otherwise, replace
the eLight strip light,
eLight actuator, and
eLight power supply
in sequence until the
fault is
rectied.
Availability
of the smart
U space
manager
If there are U
space e-labels on
the asset
detection strip,
check the
corresponding
indicator on the
asset detection
strip.
The indicator on the
asset detection strip
that has U space e-
labels is on.
If the indicator is o,
check whether the
cable of the asset
detection strip is
loose. Otherwise,
replace the asset
detection strip.
