Paddle Polarity 7. (Default: NORMAL)
Set the paddle polarity.
•Normalorreversepolaritycanbeselected.
Keyer Type 8. (Default: ELEC-KEY)
Select the keyer type for the [ELEC-KEY] connector
on the front panel.
•Straightkey,BUG-KEYorELEC-KEYcanbese-
lected.
MIC Up/Down Keyer 9. (Default: OFF)
Set the microphone [UP]/[DN] switches to be used
as a key. (The microphone [UP]/[DN] switches do not
work as a ‘squeeze key.’)
•ON :The[UP]/[DN]switchescanbeusedasakey
for CW.
•OFF:The[UP]/[DN]switchescannotbeusedasa
key for CW.
NOTE: When “ON” is selected, the frequency and
memory channels cannot be changed using the
[UP]/[DN] switches.
