3 Slide the Internal Scanner switch off to disable the scanner.
To enable the scanner, slide the switch on.
Disable the Virtual Wedge
When the scanner reads bar code data, the virtual wedge sends the data
to an application as keyboard input. By default, the virtual wedge is
enabled. You can disable the virtual wedge from the Settings app.
1 Start the Settings app.
2 Tap Scanners.
3 Slide the Virtual Wedge switch off.
To enable the virtual wedge, slide the switch on.
