Multiple Harmonics
This function, available in OPTIMA mode, shows additional
data relative to the Runout (2nd and 3rd harmonic) .
The 8, 9, 10, 11, 12 items of the F2 Menu (fig. 7-57)
allow access to the Multiple Harmonics Runout
screens.
Possible screen pages if the thresholds set are exceeded:
_ Wheel assembly radial runout
_ Left side rim radial runout
_ Right side rim radial runout
_ Left side rim lateral runout
_ Right side rim lateral runout
In each of the five screen pages it is possible to view one
after another the graph relative to the three harmonics,
using Item 7 of the key F2.
To enable the function with the "SETTINGS" Screen,
access the following:
OPTIMA Settings / Display Subsequent Runout
Harmonics
set Enable and press OK
In the screens (Fig. 7-60) the F2 key presents the
following display items in cycle (a, b, c):
(a): displays the 2nd harmonic.
(b): displays the 3rd harmonic.
(c): go back to display the 1st harmonic.
Note:
The printed Report reproduces data and graphs for all
three harmonics for the single runout currently selected
(see representation in the Printing the Report chapter).
